JUSTIN CLARK

Attorney

Justin focuses on helping clients protect trademarks and trade secrets in the U.S. and International markets and has provided legal guidance for over 100 trademarks. His experience includes copyright protection, software licensing & distribution and general business. Justin has extensive experience helping start-ups through formation and the trademark application process including TTAB, UDRP and WIPO when needed. His business law experience includes assisting companies with financing, corporate governance, business purchases and sales, breach of contract, and employment law. His real-estate experience includes construction contracts, commercial-lease review, and litigation. In short, he is your dedicated outside intellectual property and business counsel.

NAKISA AZIZI

Attorney

Nakisa practices in the areas of immigration, business law, real property, estate planning, and tax law, among others. Since obtaining her license in 2016, Nakisa’s clients have included a diverse array of professionals, non-profit organizations, immigrants and small-business owners. Through her work as an attorney, Nakisa has assisted numerous clients with drafting wills and trusts, transferring property, forming and operating business organizations, and obtaining tax-exempt status through the IRS. As the daughter of an immigrant, Nakisa enjoys representing clients of various nationalities and minority groups. For example, Nakisa assisted a number of Muslim clients while working at a prior firm, which led to her being asked to contribute to a book on Islamic Inheritance Law for publication by the American Bar Association. With their various backgrounds, Nakisa’s clients continue to rely on her services for assistance in navigating not only state and federal law, but also international law, as well.
